Denver Wedding Photography Policies

Please take a moment ot review our wedding policies prior to booking your shoot. Destination wedding photography may involve different payment schedules depending on the location and circumstances.

Booking Your Wedding or Engagement Photography

To book your wedding date or engagement session, you must pay a 1/3 deposit and sign a contract (either by fax, by e-mail or by regular mail).

Upon signature and receipt of 1/3 payment as a retainer fee, we reserve the time and date agreed upon and will not make any conflicting reservations. For this reason the retainer, and all subsequently scheduled payments are non-refundable and non-transferable even if the date is changed, postponed or cancelled by the client for any reason.

One-third payment is due at signing, the 2nd one-third payment is due 2 months before the wedding date, and the final one-third payment is due the day of the wedding. Service will not be performed until the balance is paid in full. Copyright and digital image files remain the property of Mark Stout and they may be used for advertising, internet and studio display or any other purpose within standard use practices (you also recieve a copy of all digital files with every package).

The release of the printing copyright for unlimited personal use of the full resolution files is made to the wedding client if stated as part of the wedding packages, but does not imply release of any other copyrights which remain with Mark Stout.
